NIGERIAN SCIENTIST DON'T UNDERSTAND THEIR HUMAN RIGHTS -Onu Minister of Science and Technology, Ogbonnaya Onu, said the country has not progressed scientifically, because many Nigerian scientists don’t understand human rights as specific obligations including social and economic rights essential to human well-being. Onu, who stated this, on Monday, in Abuja, at the World Science Day Celebration, with the theme “Science, a Human Right”, said science ought to be used for the benefit of societies by both national and international communities.
